Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Picsense (“the service”), operated by Salkantai. By using Picsense you agree to these Terms.
The service
Picsense uses AI to generate images of you wearing clothing based on a photo you provide and products you select. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly represent real garments, fit, or color.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
Credits and payments
- Try-ons are paid for with credits. One credit = one generation.
- New accounts receive a one-time free credit allowance. Credits are purchased in prepaid packs through Stripe.
- Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
- Because credits deliver a digital service immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent, or photos of minors.
- Use the service to create unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or explicit content.
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or circumvent credit limits.
Your content and generated images
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them and generate your results. You may use your generated images for personal purposes. Product names, images, and brands belong to their respective owners; Picsense is not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers whose links you paste.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. AI-generated results may be inaccurate. We don’t guarantee that a garment will look, fit, or be colored as shown.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picsense and Salkantai are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Termination
You may stop using Picsense at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
