Terms of Service

The service

Picsense uses AI to generate images of a person wearing clothing based on a photo you provide and products you select. Results are AI-generated, synthetic, and may not accurately represent real garments, fit, color, or the person shown. Do not rely on them as a true depiction of any product or person.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Credits, payments, and refunds

• Try-ons are paid for with credits. One credit = one generation.
• New accounts receive a one-time free credit allowance. Credits are purchased in prepaid packs through Stripe.
• Credits do not expire and have no cash value.
• In our mobile app, you can also earn credits by watching rewarded ads. Ad-earned credits are promotional: they have no cash value, are non-transferable, may be subject to daily limits, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Try-ons generated with ad-earned credits may use a faster AI model, which can produce lower-fidelity results than purchased credits; this is indicated in the app.
• Because credits deliver a digital service immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are used. If you have an unused pack or a billing problem, contact us — we handle refunds and cancellations at our discretion and where required by law. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent, or any photo of a person under 16.
• Use the service to create unlawful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or sexually explicit content, or to impersonate or misrepresent anyone.
• Share, publish, or distribute generated images in a way that deceives others or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or circumvent credit limits.
• Automate, spoof, or manipulate ad views, or otherwise attempt to earn credits without genuinely watching ads.

Advertising

Our mobile app displays third-party ads, including rewarded ads. Ads and any linked content are provided by advertisers and ad networks (such as Google AdMob), not by Picsense; we do not endorse and are not responsible for advertiser content, products, or websites. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Your content and generated images

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to process them, generate your results, and store them for your account. You may use your generated images for personal purposes. Product names, images, and brands belong to their respective owners; Picsense is not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers whose links you paste.

Sharing

If you create a share link for a result, that image becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link, and may appear in link previews. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for having the rights and consent to share images of any person shown. You can revoke a share link at any time by deleting the underlying generation; deleting stops the link from working, but cannot retrieve copies already downloaded or cached elsewhere.

AI-generated content

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors, distortions, or unrealistic results, and may not match the real product or the person in your photo. You must not present generated images as authentic photographs or use them to mislead, defame, or harm anyone.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. AI-generated results may be inaccurate. We don’t guarantee that a garment will look, fit, or be colored as shown, or that a result will be produced for any given input.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Picsense and Salkantai are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using Picsense at any time, and you can delete your account and its stored images from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are forfeited on account deletion unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay.
